The HOA is the legal entity created by Westfield Homes, a real estate developer, for the purpose of developing, managing and selling Audubon Landing Villas. The HOA is given the authority to enforce Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) along with other Governing Documents (see HOA Committees and Documents Page for all Governing Documents}, as well as manage the common amenities of the development; all of which preserve, strengthen, and enrich our homes. The information provided on our Web site is mostly geared to the business of managing the HOA. We anticipate that you will find the site informative and that it demonstrates why our residents enjoy our neighborhood and the people in it.

The Audubon Landing Association Board works hard to preserve community aesthetics and in doing so, continues to enhance the value of our homes. It is important that the CC&Rs are compatible with your lifestyle. CC&Rs limit the color or colors of your Villa, structure alterations, the color of the curtains or blinds visible from the street and neighboring property and yard landscaping. Prospective buyers are advised to read the CC&Rs (see links located on the links on HOA Committees and Documents Page) carefully before you buy. If you don't understand the CC&Rs or have questions, ask for more information and/or seek legal advice if necessary.
